Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at St. Columba's Catholic Primary School, Wilston, a systemic school within Brisbane Catholic Education.

The enrolment process has 4 stages:​

  1. ​Complete the online enrolment application form.

  2. ​You will receive an email requesting submission of further documentation.

    • Birth Certificate

    • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)

    • ​​Permission Access Form (for Prep applications - form link located below)

3. Your application will be processed by school administration

4. Enrolment interviews are organised from February the previous year to the child's enrolment year.  ​


Should you need help in completing the application please seek assistance from the school office. 

Please note there is no enrolment application fee​.

Children who turn four by the last day of June of the preceding year may be enrolled in Prep.

Enrolment Policy 

St Columba's School, Wilston is part of a large system of Catholic Parish schools in the Archdiocese of Brisbane and is administered by Brisbane Catholic Education.  In complementing and supporting the evangelising role of the Catholic Parish of Wilston, our school provides quality Catholic Education to those families who desire it for their children.

 To accept an enrolment offer after the enrolment interview, please pay   the Enrolment ​Administrative Fee online HERE​ 

Notice of Transfer

Written notice to the Principal is required if a child is leaving to attend another school at least two weeks prior to transfer, to allow for documentation to be assembled.  It is necessary to inform the Principal so records can be forwarded to ensure continuity of schooling for each individual child.
